In 2013 two ER Providers recognized that over 80% of ER patients went to the ER to get immediate, high-quality care; the patient was sick and did not want to wait days/weeks for an appointment.  Thus, they created an on-demand, concierge virtual medical practice staffed by the highest trained (ER trained) personnel: Doctors, RNs, NPs, PAs, and Care Coordinators. Once notified via App, a Provider will call the patient within 30 minutes.

  • Today with over 5M members, this virtual medical practice has 95% patient satisfaction with a treatment rate of 96% on the first encounter.

  • Membership includes spouse and eligible dependents.  There are no claim costs for these Professional Services.
