Your provider orders tests and helps you find an in-network lab or imaging center. They review results with you and adjust treatment as needed. The membership doesn’t cover the actual lab costs.

Yes. Our ER-trained providers can prescribe a wider range of medications than typical telehealth services. Prescriptions are sent directly to your preferred pharmacy.

We cannot prescribe controlled substances or certain other restricted medications. Your provider will discuss alternatives if needed.

Absolutely. You can request refills from providers you’ve seen before, or start fresh with a new provider who can review your medications.
