No. This is a membership for virtual provider visits. It gives you 24/7 access to virtual healthcare with $0 visit fee. You still use your regular insurance for hospital stays, surgeries, prescriptions, specialist visits, and expensive procedures. This works independently of your insurance.

Yes. Anyone without healthcare insurance can become a member.

Our licensed providers and staff treat most common conditions including colds, flu, infections, allergies, rashes, minor injuries, chronic disease management, and mental health concerns. If you need in-person care, we’ll tell you immediately and help coordinate it.

Your provider sends prescriptions electronically to your preferred pharmacy. You pick them up and pay like normal. If you have insurance, use it at the pharmacy.

Yes. Once you find a provider you like, you can request them for future primary care and mental health care visits. They keep your records and know your history. For urgent needs, you can always see whoever’s available fastest.

Your provider orders tests and helps you find an in-network lab or imaging center. They review results with you and adjust treatment as needed. The membership doesn’t cover the actual lab costs.
